My new and temporary role as caretaker to my healing son is taking up much of my time. I haven’t been able to draw and paint quite as often as planned, but am still here, working in small chunks of found time. And those chunks are getting bigger and bigger. This is a watercolor I started a few weeks ago in Portland, based on a lovely photo by Jeremy Sailing. I wish the photographs of my work looked as good as the actual work. Perhaps I’ll start using my digital camera instead of my iphone camera.
