A percentage of all my ceramic sales is donated to charitable organizations. It’s important for me to give back to my community, and I do so by volunteering my time and money in my personal life, and by donating a percentage of all sales in my Rachel as Artist life. In 2019,
- 5% of everything I sold through my Etsy shop and at local sales was donated to Potters for Peace.
- At local art sales that were fundraisers, I donated up to 40% of my sales to different charitable organizations.

Madison School and Community Recreation
I’ve donated to Potters for Peace for a few years now, and am looking for another ceramics or art-based organization to donate to in 2020. I welcome your suggestions!
I’m blessed to be able to create and sell my art, and giving some of that good fortune back is good for my soul.
