The female head planter I wrote about last month is out of the glaze kiln and she turned out beautifully!

The coppery glaze has a beautiful iridescent color that I couldn’t capture in the photo.
Here’s her very first hair style:)
She looks good with short, spiky hair, too.
She looks especially good with this Ponytail Palm style!
I didn’t glaze her all the way to the bottom because I was worried about the glaze running, which it didn’t. Plus, once she’s in the garden next spring, small plants will grow up around her and hide the unglazed bottom. One day I’ll create some sisters for her!
