one hundred days 1.8.2015

This week gets an extra post because today I’ve completed one hundred days of drawing! One change I’ve noticed is that it’s easier for me to put pencil to paper. I remember back in October, I needed drawing prompts. I needed to be told what to draw. Otherwise I’d stare blankly at the paper with no ideas. Now, I have plenty of ideas! I’m pleased with my progress and dedication, and by the time I make it to a whole year of daily drawing, I’m hoping, wait – hope is not a plan! I am intending that this will be a habit in my life. Here’s one of my drawings from this week, Cardinal in Blue.
